Caroline completed her four-year undergraduate university degree in Psychology at University of Western Sydney in 2008. This was followed by a two-year provisional psychology internship at a private practice in Bondi Junction, after which she attained full registration as a psychologist in 2011.

Caroline has worked at various organisations and private practices. During her registration period, she worked at Barnardos Australia as a Child and Adolescent Sexual Assault Counsellor as well as Auburn Youth Centre as the Adolescent and Family Counsellor. From there she worked at several medical centres and is currently in private practice.

Along the way, Caroline has learned many different skills to help her clients. With a specialisation in trauma therapy she focuses on empowering her clients so they can have full control of their lives when it has taken a turn. Caroline utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, relaxation strategies, Trauma-Focussed CBT and other models to allow her clients to reach their full mental capacities.

Caroline has many interests such as ballet, yoga, pilates, mindfulness meditation, sewing, art and reading.
